I was reviewing some articles and emails tonight and I came across this recipe. I know that there are many variations to this recipe and I wanted to add my own personal touch. But be sure to read the post completely....I have something special at the end....

Okay so I would like you to read the first recipe and after that read my version.....

Recipe for a Military Spouse
1 1/2 cups Patience
1 Cup Courage
3/4 Cup Tolerance
Dash of Adventure
1 Pound of Ability

To the above ingredients:

Add 2 tablespoons elbow grease, let stand alone for one year MARINATE
Frequently with salty tears Pour off excess fat, Sprinkle ever so lightly
with money Knead dough until payday
Season with international spices
Bake 20 years or until done. Makes unlimited servings

Okay here is my recipe for a Military Wife...just wanted to enhance the recipe and add a few things:)
 
4 Cups of  Patience...Give or take a 1/2 cup for extra Patience when you encounter a change in plans.
1 Cup of Tolerance...Give or take a tablespoon of tolerance depending on deployment extensions.
1 Cup of Courage....plus 2 teaspoons of fear .....for the days when you just aren't quite sure.
 3 Cups of Strength...To Move those Bedroom Furniture Sets around after the most recent, by yourself PCS.  Sometimes the movers just drop and go.
2 Cups of Ability....Adds that extra multi-tasking skill.
