The commissary sales aren't as abundant as they usually are for the DeCA anniversary sale. I must admit I was a little bit disappointed, but I was able to snag some very inexpensive items. When posting the deals, I do try to only address coupons that are printables. This time though I do have a few coupons that I am sure that everyone has access too through the paper or magazines!
