While Veteran's Day is fast approaching, it is important to honor those men and women who have served and are serving to protect our rights, freedoms, and way of life. Remember on November 11, to thank your sailor, soldier, and airman; active, retired, or served.

Importance of Veteran's Day....

A veteran is more than just a military member who served or is serving our country, honorably, through times of war and piece. These are the individuals who gladly stepped up to the challenges met by our country to serve and protect, regardless of their opinions or biases. A veteran does what they do or did out of love, commitment, and honor. How amazing that an individual would commit themselves to a contract out of love for their fellow man. Veteran's have and are doing just that. They unfortunately sometimes have to justify the means of a situation both morally and politically, but they do it all un-selfishly and with Americans best interest in mind. So on November 11, if you know or see a veteran, thank them, shake their hand or hug them, because it is because of them that you and I are allowed to continue the freedoms that we so cherish!
